Eat healthy and be physically active-
You don't have to bike across the country (although we'd love you to join us!) but make physical activity part of your routine whether it's playing a sport, walking during lunch or always taking the stairs.
Eat fruits and veggies. Avoid fast food and sugary drinks (yes that Frappuccino counts!).
Get yourself checked out! For men over 45, ladies over 55, know your blood pressure and get a simple, non-invasive carotid artery ultrasound
